Painting on this site means the outside of the house: body, trim, and the edges where siding meets windows and doors. The prep is the work. Failed caulk, bare wood, and chalking paint get dealt with before a finish coat goes on, or the new paint is only a color on top of a problem.
Color has to live with the roof, the siding, and the front door. Send photos in daylight, including the trim and any peeling at the eaves. Scheduling follows the weather. A written quote says what is included. Interior rooms are not part of this service.
