Your Home Exterior, Done Right.
Window work is replacement windows, including Marvin. The opening, the trim, and the wall around it — lap siding, fiber cement, or brick — decide how the new unit sits. A straight replacement is a different job from widening an opening. When the opening changes, that is its own scope, and a permit is part of the conversation when the city requires one.
Photos should show the window from outside and from the room, plus the trim and the sill. If the project is a fit, a site visit comes before a written quote. The quote names the units and what is included. Review time for any permit belongs to the city.
