Decks
Your Home Exterior, Done Right.
Decks are wood or composite: Trex, TimberTech, or Fiberon, cedar, or pressure-treated, plus a railing when the deck needs one. The layout starts from the door the deck should meet, the ground under it, and anything overhead — eaves, gutters, wires. Repair of an existing deck follows the same sequence, scaled to what is actually there.
Many decks need a building permit. When the city requires one, we prepare the drawings and the submittal. There is no price list here, because the number depends on the yard, the house, and the material. You get a written quote that says what is included before a build is scheduled.
