Railings
Your Home Exterior, Done Right.
Railings are steel and deck railings. A guard that belongs to a deck is quoted with that deck when it is part of the same job. A railing on its own — a stair, a landing, a replacement for a rail that no longer does the job — is its own scope. Photos from above and from the side show the run, the posts, and what the rail has to meet.
The material and the layout are in the written quote. We do not publish a price per foot, because the number depends on the length, the posts, and how the rail ties into the house or the deck. When a permit applies, the city keeps the review schedule.
